My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While I appreciated the excellent proximity to the bustling New Market Area and surrounding restaurants, the room left much to be desired, particularly with its lack of windows. The service was decent but could definitely use some improvements. Overall, the experience was average, and I feel like better facilities would really enhance the stay.

The room was quite small and, unfortunately, didn't have any windows, which made it feel stuffy. I was also quite uncomfortable with the constant air conditioning since it was winter. It didn’t match the photographs I saw online.
